* Dear health practitioner, you are legally responsible for complying with all laws regulating the practice of the health profession within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and providing insurance for medical malpractice while practicing any activity when using this interactive platform.

* Dear health institution official, as a user of this application inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you are legally responsible to abide by all laws, provisions and regulations pertaining to employment inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

* The health institution using this platform must provide a person to communicate with the health practitioner upon arrival at the workplace and must help complete the necessary procedures to start work by the specified time.

* The health practitioner must come to the workplace (address) at least half an hour before the time specified for the assignment.

* The health practitioner must adhere to Islamic ethics and medical ethics.

* The health practitioner must adhere to the dress code of the health practitioner as determined by the health institution he or she works for.

* The health practitioner must adhere to appointments and must not be absent from work except in emergency situations and force majeure.

* The health practitioner must adhere to a full-day schedule when choosing available status on the platform.

* The total donation for each task/job is variable and subjected to many factors. Final offer price will be avaliable 12hours befor task/job start time.

* Financial penalties may apply if the request is canceled by either party.

* The user of this application agrees to receive (Alerts, Deposits, Rewards and Compensations) using the e-wallet available in the platform.

* The health practitioner must pay the application fees that due upon application, as well as the election fees for work according to the agreement concluded with us.

* The health practitioner must obtain a valid license from the Saudi Commission for Medical Specializations and practice only within the jurisdiction stipulated in the professional classification.
